Stephon Stiles Gilmore, a cornerback with the National Football League’s Indianapolis Colts, was born on September 19, 1990.

Gilmore played football, basketball, and track at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He played quarterback and defensive back in football, and as a senior, he guided his team to attain a perfect 15-0 record and the SCHSL AAAA Division II championship.

In the 2012 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills picked him with the 10th overall pick after playing South Carolina college football. Gilmore played for the Bills for his first five seasons, making the Pro Bowl in 2016, before switching to the New England Patriots.
